Today we had a meeting with Vice President Honorable Faisal Naseem. The meeting was held today at the President’s Office.
Vice President was briefed on OneFuvahmulah’s activities over the past years, especially in the area of environmental awareness and conservation.
We also raised concerns related to environment, development, social and planning issues in Fuvahmulah.
The Vice President assured us that the government will always listen to public and NGOs when carrying out projects in the islands. He also encouraged “OneFuvammulah” for the public awareness campaigns organised in the island in an effort to tackle social and environmental issues.
